Shipping policy

Lead time:

If products are in stock they are usually ready to ship or collect  in 1 to 5 days

Our products are sometimes made-to-order items and can take 2 - 4 weeks to produce if we don't have stock available.

We will notify you via email if we are not able to ship immediately.

SHIPPING: 

24-72 hour delivery in Cape Town excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

3-7 business days for deliveries outside of Cape Town within South Africa*.

7-21 days for most international shipment  - relative to destination in the world.

*Please note that we do not deliver to farms or Informal Settlements. only to central collection points in out laying towns advised by client.

We insure all of your purchases during shipping.

For international orders (outside of South Africa) 

We use FEDEX which is reliable and generally fast for international deliveries. Tracking details will be sent out on completion of order. Duties and tariffs will be for the customer's account.

We ship to these international countries:
USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Botswana and Namibia.

Shipping rates for larger international orders and Wheel Carrier purchases can vary depending on destination and courier availability, especially Nambia.
